Huda will conduct draws for giving alternative land to 64 oustees whose plots were coming in the way of the Dwarka Expressway project on Friday. According to sources, GMDA chief V Umashankar will supervise the proceedings as the Huda administrator is on leave.
“The plot allotments will be conducted at Huda Gymkhana Club from 11am onwards,” said Mukesh Solanki, estate officer II, Huda.
The officials held a meeting till late Thursday evening and checked records of all the 88 applicants. Earlier, at least 64 had been found to be eligible for alternative plots. Each of them will get a plot in Sector 110A.
Of the remaining twenty four candidates, nearly fourteen were found to be eligible for various plots, per a report of the screening committee. However, plots haven’t been earmarked for them because of non-availability of land. officers area unit nevertheless to choose on the opposite ten oustees.
