According to Chulamas Jitpatima, country director of MQDC India Real Estate, Magnolia Quality Development Corporation (MQDC), a Thai real estate developer, is in discussions with regional builders about potential projects in the National Capital Region and may declare a collaboration for one of these projects early in 2019.

Additionally, the business intends to open five co-working spaces in the NCR, one of which is located in Greater Kailash-II and is now functioning. On November 30, the second one, located in Gurugram on Golf Course Road, opened for business.

She predicted that early in the next year, the collaboration with a regional developer for a project in the NCR will be revealed. The projects’ main focus would be luxury residential developments in the NCR, especially in Delhi and Gurugram, however they may also be mixed-use developments.

At a Bangkok luxury project launch event for Indian purchasers, Jitpatima stated, “We will probably finalize this in the coming months.” “However, I believe that the project launch would occur in early to mid-2025.”

Jitpatima stated that the proposed investment is probably going to be finalized early in the upcoming year, but she would not provide specifics. According to her, MQDC is expanding and has a global valuation of over $9 billion.

Whizdom Club, the company’s second co-working space, debuted on November 30 at Gurugram’s Tapasya One building on Golf Course Road.

“In Delhi-NCR, we want to open up to five co-working spaces; one of them is now functioning, and the other is opening today, November 30. About 80% of the GK-II facility is occupied, and 15% of the impending second facility is already occupied, according to her.

The Gurugram facility has 500 seats and is 42,000 square feet in size, while the GK-II facility is 22,000 square feet in size and has 250–270 seats.

The Thai developer invited Indian purchasers to view its high-end Bangkok residences while Pattarat Hongtong, Thailand’s ambassador to India, was there.
